UPC
Your rebate submission is invalid due to a missing UPC. This means that a legible UPC bar code was not received, or the UPC received was not the correct product for this promotion. You will need to send either the original or a copy of the product code; which is a 12-digit number under the bar code. Ten digits are directly under the bar code with one digit to the left and one digit to the right, usually beginning with a zero or a seven. Please send all resubmissions to:

Purchase Date

SKU
Your submission is invalid due to a missing SKU. This means that a legible copy of the product SKU was not received with your submission. The SKU is a series of numbers which are unique to the type or model purchased and can usually be found on the store receipt. Serial Number

Postmark Date
Your submission is invalid due to postmark date. The postmark date is the date on which the Post Office stamps your envelope.
